Prepare first
Before starting, make sure the device you plan to use can access the user panel normally, and prepare a username and password you can store safely for the long term. 43VPN does not require an email address when creating an account, so these credentials are the main way to access the panel, check plan status, get clients and manage your subscription. Do not enter temporary details and rely only on browser memory; you may not recover them after changing devices or clearing browser data.
The full process follows a clear order: create an account first, then choose a plan. Once payment is recorded, the user panel will show the corresponding subscription details; after you obtain the subscription link, the client can load the routes. If you skip a step, later screens may not show usable content. Following this page in order is more direct than searching for entry points across multiple pages.
If you have already created an account and placed an order, go straight to “Get your subscription.” If the subscription is already imported but will not connect, read “Verify the connection” and “Quick troubleshooting” first. Protocol basics, the differences between IEPL dedicated routes and relay routes, and billing choices are outside this page; continue with the Service Selection Guide.
Create an account and save your credentials
Open the 43VPN account creation page and set a username and password. After filling in the form, check that both entries are correct before submitting. No email address is required; your username and password are your login credentials. Choose a username that is easy to recognize but not identical to another important account, and store the password separately rather than relying only on autofill on the current device.
After a successful submission, the page will open the user panel or prompt you to return to the login page. Confirm that you can enter the panel with the credentials you just created. After signing in, you will typically see sections for account overview, plans, client downloads, orders and tickets. A newly created account without an order having no active subscription is normal; the next step is to choose a plan that fits your current usage.
If the page remains unchanged after submission, check the message near the username or password field and make the requested correction. Do not repeatedly submit the same details. If the page loads incorrectly, refresh it and sign in again to confirm whether the account was created. If you still cannot verify this, visit the Help Center and review the account and subscription categories; there is no need to create multiple accounts for troubleshooting.
Choose a plan and place your order
In the plans section, first choose a billing type based on how you will use the service. Monthly subscriptions suit devices with regular monthly needs: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade partway through a term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Choose according to your actual usage rather than focusing only on the size of one package.
If your usage is irregular, consider the permanent, non-expiring data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. The main difference from monthly subscriptions is how data resets, not route coverage. All plans are delivered to the account, with no device limit; when configuring the same account on multiple devices, keep an eye on actual data consumption.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, data allowance and amount. Then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. After payment, do not place another order immediately; return to Account Overview first and check the order and plan status. Continue once the status updates. 43VPN offers 30-day, no-questions-asked refunds. To request one or check its progress, submit a ticket from the user panel.
If you are still unsure whether to choose a monthly subscription or a data package, open the full Plan Details and compare the billing rules. This guide includes only the information needed for setup; it does not repeat the methods for comparing long-term costs, route types or family sharing.
Get your subscription in the user panel
Once the plan is active, open Account Overview in the user panel. Find the subscription details or client import section, where you may see options such as Copy Subscription, Import into Client or Update Subscription. Layouts can vary by device, but the subscription belongs to the current account, so you do not need to place another order on each device.
After you click Copy, the system writes the subscription link to the clipboard. It is usually a long URL; preserve every character when copying it. Do not remove parameters or display it in chat logs, public documents or screenshots. The example below only illustrates what a link looks like. It is clearly fake and cannot be used to connect:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
After copying, do not modify or concatenate the address. The next step is to find the import option in a compatible client and paste it. If the client reports an invalid link format, return to the panel and copy it again instead of repairing it manually. When subscription content changes, use the client’s “Update Subscription” function to retrieve the route list again.
If the subscription still does not appear in Account Overview, first confirm that the order is not pending payment or cancelled, then refresh the panel. If payment is complete but the status remains unchanged for a long time, submit the order details in a ticket. Do not include the subscription link in the ticket; identify the relevant order in the account and describe the page status you encountered.
Import on each platform
The client reads the subscription and establishes the connection. Get the client and instructions for your current system from the client-download area of the user panel; do not look for a static installer on this page. After installation, the core workflow is always “add subscription—paste link—update list—choose a route.” Menu labels and permission prompts vary slightly by system.
Windows
Open the client-download area in the user panel and get the Windows client. After installation, open it and look for “Subscription,” “Configuration” or “Import from Link” in the main interface or side menu. Paste the subscription link you copied earlier into the address field, give the configuration an easy-to-recognize name, and save it.
Run an update after saving. When the route list appears, the subscription has been read correctly. Choose a nearby route and enable the system proxy or connection switch in the client. If the system requests network-related permission on first launch, confirm it as prompted; otherwise, the client may display routes without sending traffic through the connection.
macOS
Open the macOS client area from the user panel and follow the download entry. After installing, launch the app for the first time. The system may ask you to confirm the app source, add a network configuration or allow a related extension; complete each prompt shown by the current system. Then find subscription management or remote configuration in the app menu, paste the link copied from the panel and save it.
After updating, check that the route names have loaded. When you choose a route and start the connection, the menu bar will usually show the client status. If the app is running but no routes appear, do not repeatedly change system permissions. First return to subscription management, check that the link is complete, and update once more.
Android
Choose the Android entry in the user panel and get the client. Open its configuration or subscription page and use an option such as “Import from Clipboard” or “Import from Link” to paste the subscription address. Save and update, then return to the route list, choose the target region and tap Connect.
When connecting for the first time, Android displays a system-level VPN permission prompt. This is a required system step for establishing the network connection. Confirm it and wait for the status to change to Connected. If the client frequently stops in the background, check the system’s battery settings and allow the client to run in the background. Menu paths vary widely by device brand; see the Android VPN Beginner’s Guide for details.
iOS
Open the client-download area in the user panel and follow the iOS instructions to the appropriate client. After installing and opening it, find Add Subscription, Download Configuration or Import from URL, then paste and confirm the subscription link. Once the route list loads, choose a route first and then start the connection.
When iOS establishes a connection for the first time, it asks for permission to add a VPN configuration and confirmation through system authentication. Afterward, the connection status appears in the status bar or system settings. If you switch clients, do not assume the old configuration will migrate automatically; copy and import the subscription again from the panel in the new client.
Connect to a route and verify it works
After importing the subscription, choose a region near your current location from the route list, then start the connection. The first test is to confirm that the configuration works end to end, so there is no need to switch repeatedly between regions. Once the client shows Connected, wait for the system network status to settle, then open the IP Check page on this site.
The exit location in the results should match the region of the selected route. If the original network location still appears, return to the client and confirm that the connection switch is enabled, and check that you selected a route rather than only updating the subscription. Some clients also distinguish rule mode from global mode; for basic use, keep the client’s default mode and adjust advanced routing rules only after the connection is confirmed to work.
Once the exit location is correct, open the website or app you actually plan to use. When a service requires a specific region, choose a route in that region; for general web access, prefer a nearby route. 43VPN covers 100+ countries and 150+ routes. You do not need to decide all routes at once: establish a working connection first, then adjust it for each service.
After verification, keep the working configuration and remember the selected route. If the client starts later with an empty route list, update the subscription first. If routes are present but the target service will not open, try another route in the same region. Check “subscription updated,” “client connected” and “exit changed” separately; this is usually easier than changing several settings at once.
The client can display the route list, confirming that import is complete.
Both the client and system show that the current connection is enabled.
The IP check result matches the region of the currently selected route.
Shortest path for common issues
When something goes wrong, do not reinstall the client, change system networking and replace the subscription all at once. Start where the problem appears: if the user panel has no subscription, check the plan and order status; if the client has no routes, copy and update the subscription again; if the client says Connected but the exit location has not changed, check the connection switch and system permissions; if the exit has changed but one service is unavailable, try another route for that service’s region.
If a subscription update fails, first confirm that the full link was pasted with no extra spaces at either end. You can delete the failed configuration from the client and copy it again from the user panel. Do not use the example address as a real subscription or replace link parameters manually. If the client updates successfully but routes will not connect, try other routes in the same region one by one, then quit and reopen the client.
If only one app cannot be used, first check whether system proxy settings, routing rules or background restrictions affect it. If a browser works but the app does not, the basic connection is usually working and the issue is at the app or rules layer. Handling varies considerably across systems, so continue in the Help Center under “Connection and Troubleshooting.”
For issues requiring manual review, such as payment status, account access or subscription errors, open the ticket area from the user panel and submit a request. Include your system, the step where the issue occurred, the status shown by the client and the actions you have already tried. The subscription link itself does not need to be attached.
