SUPPORT ROUTE

The troubleshooting order works better than repeated reconnects

Check the local network first, then update the subscription, switch routes, and verify client permissions. Record the system, route, target service, and error message; these details help route your ticket to the right issue faster.

ACCOUNT

Account & subscriptions

Guidance for signup, subscription updates, device changes, and platform use. Subscription details are account credentials; get them from the user panel and store them securely.

What do I need to sign up for 43VPN?

No email address is required. You can sign up with a username and password. Use a strong, unique password that is difficult to guess, and store your username securely. After signing up, log in to the user panel to view plans, get clients, and manage your subscription. If you forget your account details, explain the situation through the ticket portal in the panel.

How do I update my subscription link?

Log in to the user panel, open the overview or client download section, retrieve your current subscription again, and update it in the client. If the client still shows old routes, first confirm that you imported the current subscription, then delete the old configuration and import it again. Your subscription is an account credential, so do not share it on public pages. If something goes wrong, submit the platform, client message, and circumstances through the ticket portal.

Do I need to buy again when I switch devices?

You do not need to buy again when changing devices. 43VPN supports unlimited devices. Log in to the user panel on the new device to get the appropriate client and current subscription. When you stop using the old device, remove any saved subscription configuration from it. If no routes appear after importing on the new device, update the subscription first, then check the plan status and the client’s system network permissions.

Which systems are supported, and can I use them at the same time?

Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported, with no device limit. Each system requires its compatible client, but all can read the active subscription linked to the same account. After logging in, get the client and subscription from the user panel. Do not download installation files from unknown pages or share subscription details with unrelated people.

CONNECTION

Connections & troubleshooting

Connection issues are usually related to the local network, client permissions, subscription status, or routing rules. Checking them in order makes the cause easier to find than repeatedly reconnecting.

The client says it is connected, but a webpage will not open. What should I do?

First switch to another route in the client and reopen the target webpage. If it still cannot be reached, check that the system time is accurate, the client has system network permission, and no other network tool is taking over the connection. Then quit and restart the client, update the subscription, and test again. When submitting a ticket, include the system, route name, target service, and error message.

Why isn’t a particular app using the proxy?

A common cause is that the client is using split tunneling and the app’s connection does not match the current rules. Switch temporarily to a more comprehensive connection mode for comparison, then check the client’s app routing, bypass list, and system network permissions. If webpages work but one app does not, fully quit and reopen the app so it does not continue using an old connection.

What should I do if subscription import fails?

Confirm that the subscription was copied from the current account’s user panel and that there are no spaces, line breaks, or extra characters before or after the link. Then update the client and import it again. If the old and new configurations have the same name, remove the old one first. Do not paste your subscription into public testing websites. If it still fails, submit the system name, client message, and location of the action through a ticket.

What should I do if the connection drops after switching networks?

After the local network changes, the existing connection may still be bound to the previous network interface. Disconnect the client, confirm that the new network can open webpages normally, and reconnect to a route. If the client remains stuck in a connecting state, quit it completely and restart. When switching between networks frequently, finish changing networks before starting the cross-border connection each time.

ROUTES

Speed & routes

Route performance is affected by the local network, cross-border path, and target service status. Choose a route that matches the distance and purpose, and compare performance using the same target.

How should I troubleshoot slowdowns during peak hours?

First determine whether the issue comes from the local network, the current route, or the target service. Close bandwidth-heavy sync and download tasks, then test other routes in the same region. If none perform well, try another nearby region. For video, lower the quality first to check connection stability, then restore it gradually. Do not judge an entire route based on a single speed test.

How should I choose a route?

For everyday browsing and work, start with a geographically nearby route, which usually provides a more direct path. For services with region-specific content, choose an exit location matching the target region. 43VPN covers 100+ countries / 150+ routes, allowing you to switch among available regions. If a route becomes unstable, switch to another route in the same region instead of repeatedly reconnecting to it.

Why does the target service show different content even though the route region is correct?

The target service may consider the exit location, account region, cached content, and existing session at the same time. After switching routes, close the original page or app, clear that service’s cache and site data, and open it again. If the account is tied to another region, changing the network exit alone may not change its content. Try another route in the same region to determine whether the issue is tied to a specific exit.

How can I tell whether the problem is with my local network or the route?

Disconnect the client first and test whether the local network can open commonly used pages. Once the local network is confirmed to work, connect to routes in different regions and test the same target. If every route has the same issue, check client permissions, system network settings, and subscription status. If only a specific route is affected, switch temporarily and include the route name and target service in your ticket.

BILLING

Billing & refunds

Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different data rules. Before ordering, verify the plan name, data allowance, and amount. If an order has an issue, keep the payment record and submit a ticket.

What monthly subscription plans are available?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month with 60GB · ¥18/month with 250GB · ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Consider your video viewing, file transfer, and everyday browsing habits when choosing a plan. If your usage changes, view the current plan in the user panel and adjust it to match your needs.

Do data packages expire?

Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Options: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They suit users with irregular usage who prefer to consume data as needed. Before purchasing, distinguish the billing rules for monthly subscriptions and data packages, and verify the selected item in the user panel.

When does monthly data reset, and how is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated?

Monthly data resets on the activation date, rather than being cleared at the start of each calendar month. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Check the current plan and status in the user panel before choosing a tier. If the order status, remaining data, or upgrade result differs from the page, keep the order details and submit them for review through a ticket.

How do I request a refund?

43VPN offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Log in to the user panel, submit a refund request through the ticket portal, and include the relevant order details and payment record for verification. Refund eligibility and handling are subject to the Terms of Service and order status. After submitting, continue checking replies in the ticket instead of creating duplicate requests.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Before paying, confirm the plan name, data allowance, and order amount in the user panel. After payment, return to the order page to check the status. If payment is complete but the order status has not updated, do not pay repeatedly. Keep the payment record, submit the order details through a ticket, and wait for verification before continuing.
