Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 43VPN handles the data needed to provide cross-border network acceleration and subscription services, and how users can manage related information.

Last updated: August 2026

Data We Collect and Why We Process It

43VPN processes data only to the extent needed for accounts, subscriptions, payments, support, and site operations. No email address is required to register; users can create an account with a username and password. This service does not make an email address a registration requirement. If a user voluntarily provides one in a ticket or other support conversation, it is used only to reply to the request, verify the account, or handle the related service matter.

Account data includes the username, a secure password summary, subscription status, used traffic, and account settings. Order records include the selected plan, amount due and paid, payment status, transaction identifier, creation time, and refund status. These records support subscription delivery, order verification, dispute handling, duplicate-charge prevention, and necessary financial administration.

Site analytics may process the pages visited, referring pages, browser and device categories, language settings, error information, and network identifiers used for security decisions. Analytics help confirm that pages work properly, identify compatibility issues, and improve content structure. They are not used to build profiles of the international websites users visit.

No-Logs Policy and Network Diagnostics

43VPN does not record which websites users access or retain browsing content, communications content, DNS request content, or history that could reconstruct specific network activity. When a cross-border connection is established, the system may temporarily process technical information required to complete transmission, but not to analyze an individual's browsing behavior.

To keep international routes running and troubleshoot connection failures, the system may briefly process route region, connection result, error codes, time information, and aggregated traffic. Operational data is used only for troubleshooting, capacity scheduling, security protection, and traffic accounting. Once the operational purpose is fulfilled, the information is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified rather than retained as an ongoing personal connection history.

Diagnostic details voluntarily attached to a support ticket may include the device environment or error messages. Please remove personal content unrelated to the issue before submitting it. Ticket data is used only to handle the request, review its processing, and maintain support records.

Cookie and Local Storage

The site may use Cookie or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary security identifiers, and selected feature settings. These storage items maintain sessions, reduce repeated actions, and keep the user panel working properly. Disabling necessary storage may prevent login status from being retained or cause some account features to stop working.

Identifiers used for analytics are limited to site analysis and operational maintenance. 43VPN does not sell personal data based on browsing content or use communications content from network acceleration to deliver targeted advertising. Users can clear Cookie and local storage through their browser settings; after clearing them, login status and some preferences must be set up again.

Payment Processing and Data Sharing

43VPN supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments may be processed by the relevant payment provider, which receives the information needed to complete a transaction under its own rules. 43VPN typically receives the transaction identifier, payment channel, amount, status, and processing result, but not the complete payment credentials held independently by the payment provider.

Except where necessary to complete payments, provide infrastructure, maintain security, handle user requests, or meet applicable obligations, this service does not disclose personal data to unrelated third parties. Service providers processing data on behalf of 43VPN may do so only for the agreed purpose and within the necessary scope, and must apply safeguards appropriate to their responsibilities. When an order dispute or refund arises, necessary order information may be checked between 43VPN and the relevant payment provider.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account and subscription data is generally retained while the account exists and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are kept for the periods required for transaction verification, dispute handling, financial administration, and applicable obligations. Analytics, error records, and support tickets are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified after their purposes are fulfilled. Retention periods vary by purpose, sensitivity, risk, and necessary obligations; data is not kept indefinitely merely because it might be useful.

Users can edit eligible details in their account settings or request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data through the ticket portal in the user panel. After a deletion request is completed, data no longer needed in the account is removed. Information still required for order verification, dispute handling, security protection, or applicable obligations is isolated and retained only as necessary, then handled once the reason for retention ends.

This policy may be updated as service processes, technical measures, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. Important changes to processing purposes or user rights will be explained through a visible notice on the site. Before continuing to use the service, users should review the policy in effect at that time.
